Many people have lost their jobs or are reconsidering how they make a living. Thousands of young people have had their future plans disrupted. How do we ensure that everyone is able to navigate the future world of work and find their ideal career? Without the ability to gauge how to apply one’s unique talents and interests to the changing world of work, we risk a loss and disengaged generation. Those who have lost their livelihoods need practical and useful support to help restore their confidence and find new roles. Who will provide this and how? There is an enormous gap in provision of quality careers support – for both adults and children.
