Has the general health of the nation been put ‚’on ice‚’ during the pandemic?

During lockdown, many people have put off going to see their doctor or calling 911/111 with health concerns, as they did not want to ‚’bother‚’ them, or thought that it may be unsafe to go for an appointment or to the hospital. Amongst other things, heart attacks and strokes have been untreated.

How can we ensure that people with health issues are identified and have their concerns addressed, thus eliminating further health problems for them, and the NHS, in the future?
