The voluntary sector has found Zoom an important part of communication during Covid though we are very aware of the problem of digital exclusion. Local authorities have found more people listening to debates on line than coming out to a council meeting. Unfortunately community groups while dealing with public bodies are having to use Microsoft Teams which is far less user friendly than Zoom where participants can be viewed. We would like the problem of security to be looked at and universities are happy to do this.
