Invest in rest

Research conducted by The Sleep Charity identified that 43% of respondents are now finding it harder to fall asleep, with unease around Covid affecting sleep for three quarters of people (75%) and that alarmingly over three quarters (77%) say lack of sleep is interfering with their ability to function in the day.

When we look at these statistics alongside the growing challenge of the nation’s mental well being there has never been such an urgent time to support the nation’s mental wellbeing and resilience.
