Far from being a “World Class” service, the NHS has been found by the Covid 19 pandemic to be lacking in many ways, despite the dedication of the staff.
Whilst it is regarded as almost a religion, untouchable, and a politicians nightmare, it is opportune now to re-plan the whole of the NHS structure, removing unnecessary bureaucracy and competing branches of the NHS. The public is aware now more than ever of these inadequacies.
Treatments under the NHS need to be prioritised and some treatments only available on payment of a fee.
WE CANNOT HAVE AN UNLIMITED SERVICE WITH A LIMITED BUDGET.
