COVID and the simultaneous growth of internet shopping has delivered another blow to the high street which has seen a steady decline due to out of towns centres and the growth of ‚’ one stop‚’ shopping. Towns rightly are the heart of a community and traditionally served a social role as well as a commercial one. They need to be remodelled in a way that is attractive to the public and profitable for the retailers
