From running 25 pre retirement seminars a year it is clear a large number of people were anticipating retiring at the latest 65 now looking at possibly 70. Many can take occupational pensions at 60 from my experience the last years in employment are the most stressful therefor offer people at 60 the chance to leave their job take works pension and work part time in a key sector NHS, the care sector or agriculture they would be able to earn further 12000 tax free on top of their personal allowance.
This would free up lots of job opportunities.
