The biggest mistake we made was not having the correct testing kit .if we had offered 1 billions pound reward at the beginning of Covid to a company that can provide the quickest easiest testing kit I believe one would have been found . So now we need to spend possibly up to 5 billion pounds to set up a new government facility that in the future has everything at its fingertips that can produce these quick reliable and very easy to use testing kits .we can use the Covid 19 as our first case to crack so all mistakes being made as they develop it can be learnt for when the next pandemic comes ,the facility should obviously built in a nice place to live which will benefit and provide prosperity to the local area somewhere like Liverpool or Tyneside where old industry is of not what it used to be and clever hardworking people can be found but don’t require such salaries that they find it hard to buy the cheapest of houses as is found in the richest most prosperous areas .
