Written permission to impregnate

Introduce a law that makes imprégnation of a woman without written consent unlawful or illegal. Unlawful imprégnation would be much easier to prove than rape in cases where a child resulted from rape giving women more routes to recourse in a society were few rape prosecutions succeed.

Consequences should be self policing by men, fewer pregnancies unwanted by the woman whether from consensual or non consensual sex. It would change the power balance between men and women to tip it towards women slightly more. The mother would have all parental rights and be able to choose to keep or abort. The father could face prosecution and a fine or possibly prison. The father would be responsible for 50% of child costs. This would likely reduce abortions and the costs to society of supporting an unwilling mother with her physical, mental and financial support. Fewer children would grow up knowing they were unplanned and unwanted,
